The High Performance Sports Institute is our multi-sport education institute for executives and coaches of the team sports (football, handball, field hockey, volleyball, ice hockey).

Since 2021, we have been bringing together executives from large sports organisations who
are willing to learn in order to develop tried-and-tested strategies and structures of successful top sports clubs.
The transfer of knowledge over six strategy modules in nine months between the participants and speakers from different sports, clubs and functions is unique.
All participants benefit from the growing multi-sport network.

In four modules, which cover the entire day-to-day life of a coach, participants receive comprehensive input over six months to further develop their professional and leadership skills.
The special mix of top speakers from the world of coaching and the interactive working groups results in a high level of detail in the practical transfer of knowledge. The positive feedback from coaches confirms our innovative education offer outside of standardised licences.
